I thought it might be a good idea to include some information about what my clients have to say about me and the service I have provided them.  I have included some excerpts from the many letters and questionnaires I have received from them.  If you are interested in reading additional testimonials, or would like to read an entire letter or questionnaire please emial me and I would be happy to get that information to you.  When we get together to discuss selling your home, or finding your next home, I will of course provide you with this information at that time as well.

. . . Jeff's representation in purchasing several properties. . . We must have analyzed and looked at over 50 properties. . .  After much searching and analyzing, I decided to make an offer on 2 fourplexes and a single family home.  These offers were all made the same day. . . and within a week we had opened escrow on all thre properties. . .  To make Jeff's job even harder, my wife and I were scheduled to go on a cruise the week before the properties were to close. . .  When I got back from the cruise, the final walk through was scheduled and everything closed on time. . .
